Where's My Item?
Unfortunately due to the current health crisis to keep the postal workers safe shipping time have been affected and you item can be delayed.
If you are ordering in Canada, this delay can add an extra 1-2 Business weeks to an item.
If you are in the United States of America, this delay can add an extra 2-4 Business weeks depending on where you live.
And if you live outside of the America's, this delay can be affected by your local Postal Service and Air Fright availability.
All international order are being shipped by air so if the air ports are closed or reduces service your item will be delayed.
Custom and personalised orders
If the color is not listed then it we cannot print it.
With that said if your order is $40CAD or more before shipping I can look into getting more colors for your order and update the entire store. with the new color
Do you Offer Tracked Shipping?
Yes, we do offer Tracked Shipping as an upgraded shipping option.
To ensure low shipping costs for you we do not offer tracked shipping by default, so please make sure the Shipping Option selected has Tracking included if you wish to track your item.
Return to Sender Policy
If your order has been returned to sender, and you didn't negotiate a return for your order. We will give you a partial refund for your order, minus the shipping. If you wish to order from us again we will ask that you review your shipping information.
